Create The Best Wing Joint in Town The Buffalo Boss was started in 2010 by founder Jamar White. He had one goal in mind: create the best wing joint in town. Jamar is a wing fanatic. He wanted to create a wing concept restaurant that had the urban feel of the New York City streets, injected with that famous Brooklyn Hip Hop swagger, a place that would bring the "freshness" movement to the buffalo wing quick-serve space. This passion gave birth to the Buffalo Boss, Brooklyn's Finest Wings. At the heart of the concept was a passion for wings. No antibiotics, no growth hormones. Jamar insisted on serving only quality poultry and fresh ingredients for his buffalo wings and sauces. He wanted to keep the concept fun and fresh. The Buffalo Boss menu includes 14 house-made addictive sauces, chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and for the kid in all of us, fun treats like Deep Fried Oreos and Deep Fried Pop-Tarts. Founder Jamar White was raised in Brooklyn NY where he realized his passion for wings and business. Being the first cousin to Brooklyn rapper Jay-Z inspired him to infuse hip hop in the DNA of the Buffalo Boss restaurants. His vision: to create a restaurant that is exciting, current and would change the way wings were done. The combination of great food, great spaces, great service and a little hip hop swagger has made the Buffalo Boss one of the most exciting wing restaurants in the marketplace.
